Lin de Leeuwerk

Dutch photographer, writer, online entrepreneur, advocate for a plant based lifestyle, mama, and 'trailing spouse' to my internationally working husband. My home is where my family lives. Currently residing in Bangkok after adventures in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.  

I've always loved photography and writing, and I’ve been doing both in a professional capacity from wherever home is. The last few years I’ve also become more and more interested in the world of plant based eating, being conscious of our consumption and supporting local communities. I received a diploma in Plant based nutrition and although I don’t call myself a nutritionist - I do know what I’m talking about ;-)

Now that my children are in school full time, and my love is at work, it was time to find something to do for me that not only satisfied my creative side, but also enabled me to become financially independent ánd contribute to the household financially. In the past few years I have seen a few ‘trailing spouse’-friends going through divorce and separation, and having to start over from scratch as they had to move back home with a gap in their resume as they were busy taking care of their children. I felt deeply for these women, and realised that I would be the same if that would happen to me.

However, going back to work for a boss, with fixed business hours, is not in the cards because of my family situation. Hence HealthyLivingbyLin - my own personal brand, backed by a fantastic entrepreneurial community of go-getters, who inspire me daily. I partner with a a high ticket wellness brand to get the best of both worlds! When looking for a business model, I wanted something that would give me automation, uncapped commissions, a great community offering support and training, and products that are used daily and last for a long time. I found all of those together in 1 company!
